A $10.00 DEPOSIT or PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED WITH ALL ORDERS Any deposit amount will reduce the balance due. If at the discretion of Brown&Co., a deposit is not collected at time of order, there is no reduction of the balance and the entire purchase price is due.

Additions, substitutions, or alterations to orders may be made up to 1 week after picture day. Additions made after 1 week may cause a slight delay in your original order. Changes or cancellations made after 1 week will incur a nonrefundable fee equal to 20% of the canceled print cost.

In the interest of faster turn around, images are available by print or image purchase only. Quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the prints* after purchase, you may return them for a refund. Download fee is not refundable. Returns accepted within 30 days of ship date from office. Returns may be subject to $10 processing charge. *Team and small group prints will be considered nonrefundable.*Excessively unique or non-recommended posing will void the opportunity for refund. Subjects displaying disruptive gestures may be held financially responsible for costs incurred for corrections.
